Been a little MIA lately getting settled back I after having baby number 3! We are still rolling just trying to get back on schedule from my time off!

This is one we knocked out right after the baby got here and it was a doozy! 1,500 square feet of LVP and a TON of unexpected prep and leveling, but hey, what’s a little extra work for a perfect finish?!

A couple more bad pictures taken, and another house with terrible lighting! This was a duplex that we knocked out for our good friends over at Clay's Flooring, LLC I can’t think of them enough for sending us work! This was another laminate job that thankfully the customer tore out for us as well! He actually did a great job with Little to no construction background at all. Typically on these jobs where the customer wants to do their own tear out it is not done to our standard and we end up having to prep more anyways! This guy did a great job and made our lives very easy!

Ok.. I’m sorry, I can’t not. The white oak customer went with Gray. You are reading that right, gray, and I don’t know what I think. I love it in person, but pictures don’t do it justice.

This is a BEAUTIFUL white oak floor that we sanded and if you are interested what this looked like before we sanded it, be sure to let us know because the next white oak I sand I AM NOT STAINING. Leave it alone. It’s gorgeous and just needs sanding an poly!
