"Retired" coach Barry Lunney, Sr. discusses his career as a multi-state championship winning head football coach in Fort Smith and Bentonville.

After discussing several "Defining Moments", he talks about where he is devoting his "retirement" years - Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and Pathway to Freedom (PTF) helping men prepare for transition from prison to society. The recidivism rate for this program is 15% vs. above 50% for non-PTF participants in Arkansas.

EBN will host a Facebook Live Program on Monday June 4th at 1:00 pm (CDT) discussing the topic of "Medical Debt". As described in the linked article, there are a number of challenges facing Pacific Islander children living in Northwest Arkansas when it comes to healthcare. This program will be the first of 4 covering issues of concern to our Marshallese community.

But enrolling into the American healthcare insurance system is a major challenge for low and even middle- income Marshallese, who cannot afford workplace coverage policies or Obamacare premiums.
