We are doing a fundraiser to acquire new equipment, in preparation for the upcoming relief season. Typically we foot the bill for all our relief efforts. Unfortunately due to freight rates being so bad in 2023. We need help this year! The funds will go to new equipment and the cost it cost us to provide relief. Including not working for pay, through those times. Please be a blessing, as our intentions are the same!

Owner-operator pays a visit to TQL's office over nonpayment Owner-operator Gabriel Scott explains what led up to him driving his truck up to TQL's office and confronting the brokerage in person after $8,000...

Shout out to Asian Mai of Mother Truckers Channel on YouTube. Reportedly, Friday the nation's largest 3PL broker Total Quality Logistics, was visited by the FMCSA. And forced to turn over shipper invoices, revealing TQL kept an average of 47% of the linehaul. Paying carriers less than 50% of the linehaul. Brokers nationwide have been accused taking way more than their industry standard of 5-15%. Dropping carrier linehaul pay significantly. Citing shipper reduction in linehaul pay and a constricted market. Causing supply disruptions, due to linehaul rates not covering linehaul cost. Resulting in costly delays, driving shelf price for everyday consumers.

These practices have caused many of the nation's carriers to close, resulting in a volatile and unsafe transportation sector. What are your opinions to the Allegations pursued by the Fmcsa and should TQL and others be allowed to use this practice? Also, do you believe these are fraudulent practices, decieving shippers, carriers and the American Consumer. As American consumers and business, can we trust giant brokerages to operate with integrity? With the best interest of the American public and business sector or should these characters be prosecuted for fraud. Should we consume products/services from businesses that partner with these types of characters? Limiting and stealing from small business, also resulting in higher consumer price! Chime in, what's your onion?!
