Update:

Unfortunately back on the shelf. Injured my shoulder in a match back in June, took me forever to get it looked at. Doc has confirmed a tear in my labrum in addition to some shoulder instability.

Back on shelf 6-8 weeks with a follow up at the end of that timeframe to determine how PT is going. I have reached out to the shows I am currently scheduled to compete on, but unfortunately will be out of action in this timeframe.
