Attention, F45ers!
We are happy to announce that we have TWO MORE WEEKS of classes in the works for you all.
{Be sure to check your emails and MindBody for info regarding these BONUS weeks}. Here is a breakdown of classes:
🔵All early mornings normal this week (5:15&6am)
🔵Tuesday, Thursday , Friday (4:30pm)
🔵Wednesday (5:30pm)
🔵No Monday evening class and no Sunday class.
🔵Saturday morning 7&8:30am
When life gives you a chance to continue classes, you take em!

Please note the times for our FINAL week:
🔴Monday- Friday will offer 5:15, 6:00, and 9:15am ONLY! NO EVENING CLASSES WILL BE OFFERED!
🔵Saturday is our LAST SESSION together at 8:00am. We will have and have some fun!

🚨Note the updates for this week🚨
- No Monday 9:15 class (check in for that time Tuesday- Friday this week! It’s going to be epic!)
- 5:30pm class will be canceled until further notice (no worries, you have other time options!)
- 1pm Sunday (7/18) is ON

There will NOT be any 5:30pm classes this week and NO 4:30pm Friday class. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Saturday morning sessions will still be at 7am and 8:30am. Sunday at 1:00pm!!
