The four main pillars of an anti-inflammatory lifestyle are:
🥗diet
🏋️exercise
🛌sleep
🧘♀️stress management
If you’re eating an anti-inflammatory diet and exercising consistently but still not feeling your best, evaluate your quality of sleep and stress management. Those two pillars can be the most difficult to control, unfortunately. It’s worth the effort, though. 💛
