Mi Rancho Grill & Bar is looking for an experienced Full-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Shenandoah location!

We’re looking for a motivated leader who:
🌮 Has previous restaurant management experience
🌮 Has experience in Mexican restaurants (preferred)
🌮 Is bilingual (Spanish/English preferred)
🌮 Has strong leadership and customer service skills
🌮 Thrives in a fast-paced environment
🌮 Is available to work weekends and evenings as needed
🌮 Is reliable, organized, and passionate about building a great team
