While many are spending today celebrating, we’re taking a moment to shine a light on something that’s important to us…our community.
At Project Prom Promise, our work doesn’t begin when prom season starts and it doesn’t end when prom season is over.
We operate year round, collecting donations, building partnerships, and participating in community events to ensure students know there is a place where they can find confidence, dignity, and support at no cost.
Whether it’s speaking at your event, participating in a community fair, hosting a donation drive, or collaborating with your organization, we’d love the opportunity to connect.
If there’s ever an opportunity for Project Prom Promise to be involved with something you’re doing, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Together, we can make sure more students know that this resource exists and that both young men and young women have a place where they are celebrated.

Yep, that’s right! We are excited to officially welcome you to our new boutique located inside All About You Event Planning Center.
We invite you to stop by this weekend during our Grand Opening Celebration and see the space for yourself. Take a look around, meet the team, and check out the new home where we’ll continue serving high school students throughout the Houston area.

As we continue celebrating the Class of 2026, we will continue sharing our amazing seniors from this prom season.
Project Prom Promise is not just a one day event. We are an organization committed to serving students and helping them experience the joy, confidence, and excitement of prom.
Our final student of the 2026 season came in knowing exactly what she wanted. She wanted to go to prom in a show stopper. She described her dream dress as a “wedding dress” style gown and guess what… we had it!
The perfect fit. The perfect moment. The perfect ending to an incredible season.
Class of 2026, we loved serving you.

One of the things I absolutely loved about this prom season was watching our participants cheer each other on during the dress and suit finding process.
No mean girl energy.
No mean guy energy.
Just students smiling, encouraging one another, and parents enjoying the moment of finding the perfect fit.
Moments like these remind me why Project Prom Promise matters so much. It’s bigger than dresses and suits. It’s about confidence, community, kindness, and creating experiences students will never forget.

Sometimes we have to step outside of the boutique to make things happen for our students and that’s where financial donations truly make a difference.
I’m starting to think might need to sponsor a suit or two next year…or maybe even all of our boys. 👀
But for this year, THANK YOU to every single person who gave financially to Project Prom Promise. Because of your generosity, we were able to help get our young men squared away for prom season.

Since March 26th we have been rocking and rolling serving the community, collecting donations, meeting families, and connecting with those who support students during one of the most important moments of their senior year.
Four years ago when I started this journey, all I had was a vision. A vision to give back to students who simply wanted the opportunity to attend prom and experience moments that Johnathan and TJ never got the chance to experience.
And here we are…still trusting God every single day, still showing up for these families, and still witnessing the smiles, confidence, and joy on their faces. That right there makes every long day, every donation pickup, every appointment, and every late night worth it.
Thank you to every volunteer, donor, supporter, parent, counselor, and community member who continues to believe in the mission of Project Prom Promise. The impact is real and the love is felt. 🫶🏾
