Meet Laura Sullivan, Field Engineering Supervisor for our Texas Chemicals operations, whose journey with ExxonMobil Pipeline Company began with a lifelong dream.
Inspired by several family members who worked as engineers Laura pursued that same path, graduating from Texas Tech University and immediately joining the ExxonMobil team eight years ago. She started her career at our Beaumont Downstream Complex, where she spent more than five years building her technical expertise before transitioning to ExxonMobil Pipeline Company.
Today, Laura focuses on several key priorities – empowering her team to reach their full potential, fostering technical growth, and collaborating with field operations to support new projects and daily activities that ensure safe, reliable pipeline operations.
Beyond her operational responsibilities, Laura is passionate about serving her community. As a United Way Captain for ExxonMobil Pipeline Company, she has helped organize numerous community events helping make a positive impact in the areas where we operate.
When asked what she enjoys most about working at ExxonMobil, Laura highlights the opportunity to build a long-term career with the company. She also values ExxonMobil's commitment to being an industry leader through continuous improvement and innovation.
Thank you, Laura, for your leadership, dedication and commitment to supporting operational excellence every day.
