TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Manager with at least 5 years of experience for a position in the San Benito, TX area. Candidate will be responsible for managing all shipping and receiving operations from start to finish, including coordination of inbound and outbound, domestic and international shipments, inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, shipment tracking, and timely movement of materials. Must have experience overseeing the full shipping and receiving process, including freight scheduling, shipping documentation, carrier coordination, customs/export documentation, and inventory systems. Experience managing employee schedules and workflow for multiple shifts is required. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
