Celebrating every mother today and holding space for every heart. His love covers it all. 🤍 Psalm 27:10
Hearing reflections like this is a reminder that care extends far beyond a single session. The body carries so much through seasons like pregnancy and postpartum, and it often needs consistent, thoughtful support to feel steady again.
My intention in every session is to meet the person in front of me with presence, patience, and genuine care for what their body is holding. Over time, that consistency allows the nervous system to soften and feel supported in a way that lasts.
I am deeply grateful to hold space for my clients in every season they move through.
______
April is now fully booked, and May is beginning to fill with the same steady pace. I plan my schedule with intention so each client has the time and care they need, which means availability stays limited.
If you have been thinking about coming in, this is a good time to look ahead and reserve your place for May. You can view the calendar and choose a time that works for you through my website.
________
Before each session begins, I take time to prepare the space with intention and care. The room is not simply arranged for comfort; it is prepared so that the body can feel safe enough to settle and receive support. Soft lighting, quiet surroundings, and a steady pace help signal to the nervous system that it does not need to stay on guard.
I also pause for a moment of prayer over the room and over the person who will soon walk through the door. This quiet practice allows me to enter the work with presence and respect for the healing process that unfolds here. When someone arrives, my hope is that they step into an environment that already feels calm, supportive, and grounded.
The work that takes place inside this room is built on the belief that the body begins to soften when it senses patience, attention, and care. Every detail of preparation is meant to support that experience so each person can feel welcomed, held, and supported as their body begins its own process of restoration.
