Trinity Klein Lutheran Church

Elam is a ministry dedicated to strengthening and expanding the church in Iran and the surrounding region, with a vision that all Iranians would have the opportunity to know Jesus and grow as His disciples. They also hope to see Iran become a missionary-sending nation, reaching others with the Gospel. Despite ongoing persecution, the church in Iran is rapidly growing, with many coming to faith and new house churches forming each week. Through partnership with Trinity Klein, Elam continues its work of evangelism and discipleship, including efforts like printing and distributing New Testament Bibles. The ministry calls for prayer that more Iranians would encounter God’s Word, that disciple-makers would be raised up, and that believers would be able to gather, grow, and remain strong in their faith.

On Sunday, during our Community Food Drive, we witnessed the beauty of God's people coming together to care for neighbors they may never meet. Every donation, every conversation, every act of generosity is a seed of hope planted into the life of someone who may be praying for a breakthrough.

To our Trinity Klein family, thank you for embracing the mission of Restoring Hope with such open hearts. Your compassion reminds our community that no one has to carry their burdens alone.

One team is heading to Alaska to partner with GraceWorks Alaska, where they will share the love of Jesus by leading a Vacation Bible School for the local community. Another team of students and chaperones is traveling to Oklahoma City to serve families by repairing homes and demonstrating Christ's love through practical acts of service.

We pray for safe travels, meaningful relationships, and that God would work powerfully through each member of these teams as they serve in His name.

Modern missionaries and pastors serve in difficult contexts and face real struggles, including isolation, cultural adjustment, and personal hardships, even as they carry out the Great Commission. This ministry exists to support and care for those workers by providing a place of rest, reflection, coaching, and encouragement. Through partnership with Trinity Klein, it has helped hundreds of missionaries and pastors sustain their calling, impacting ministries around the world—from Bible translation in Mozambique to church planting, education, and outreach efforts across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the U.S.

Join us for our Community Food Drive on Sunday, July 12! Be a part of making a difference in our community by supporting our Restoring Hope Ministries. This food drive will help provide essential resources to families in need and extend hope where it’s needed most.

There will be a table set up in the church lobby with more information about Restoring Hope, the impact of the program, and ways you can stay connected and get involved.
