R = Relevant: Every goal should have a reason behind it.
T = Timely: Set deadlines. You rather have to extend deadlines than having none.
E = Evaluate: This needs to done daily, weekly, monthly. Keep your performance in check.
R = Readjust: If you feel stuck, take a step back and re-adjust. Identify the issues, find and solution and keep pushing!
