Let's Go Ministries
See LGM's feed for the overall report/posts from our funded partner Pastor Paul Karani from the latest evangelistic outreach in northern coastal Kenya...
Brother Roger,
Greetings to you on the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ who was ready to give himself to die on the cross for our sins.
Thank you for the continued support for evangelism.
I would like to give you a brief report of the evangelism that took place from the 25th March to the 29th.
During the week, we worked at Kilifi at a village known as Rojo. The weather was conducive and we were able to go out door to door/house to house in the morning and later in the afternoon, we would have revivals at the Church. We also had an opportunity to preach at a burial where as we had 54 salvation decisions made after the sermon there. This was a great opportunity since we were guests and we were honoured to do the preaching.
During the week, a total of 326 people received Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour. Again it was a blessed week where as we managed to start a new Church under the name Jerusalem Grace Ministries which will be under the leadership of pastor Nicks on Mugala. The Church started on Sunday the 29th with 24 people; 0f which they are nine adults, four youth and eleven children.
I will be sending you some photos. This time we did not have much testimonies but people got saved.

This is Thomas. He got married to six (wives) women but unfortunately he currently has none. They all left him and went back to their parents. After witnessing to him and telling him of the goodness of God, he accepted Jesus Christ. - Pastor Karani

Dear Friends of Let's Go Ministries:
He who is the blessed and only Potentate,
the King of kings and Lord of lords,
who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light,
whom no man has seen or can see,
to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen
1 Timothy 6:15b-16
Much has been made of whether our current President is acting as a modern king. Everyone of course has their opinion. And I'm pretty sure the acrimonius "debate" will continue until he is out of power. Alas, what we do know with absolutely certainty (and not an opinion), is that there is a King of kings, and His name is Jesus, the name above all names!
Jesus came into this world quietly, humbly, to serve and not to be served. And though He is King, He was willing to sacrificially suffer and die on a Roman cross for you and for me. Scripture declares "greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends". Jesus is The King, who was The Lamb, who by laying down His life, took away the sins of the entire world.
My friend Charlotte Geno wrote this poem last Easter about our wonderful King and Savior, and the cross that He bore, suffered excruciatingly upon, and died...
Your Cross I See
On Your cross I see You.
My heart feels your pain.
With each drop of blood that falls,
I'm stabbed over and over again.
Did You see the flowing tears
When I confessed my sin?
I didn't deserve the love You gave
And yet you took me in.
What did You see in me,
Within Your love inspiring?
Lord Jesus on my knees before You,
All my heart's desiring.
Looking at Your cross I see how
Amazing is Your love.
Take me as Your little child
For keeping in heaven above.
On Your cross I know You.
Your blood drops are mine to see.
All I want is just for You
To create Your heart in me!

Friends, Jesus is near. Jesus is here. Gaze upon Him. Stand in awe of Him. He is beautiful. He loves you! Fall on your knees and worship Him. He's waiting patiently...on YOU! Please don't miss out on how wonderful our King is, especially this weekend.
Until All Peoples Worship Him,

For those in western PA, his book launch event is tonight at 7 pm at Geneva College in the Metheny Fieldhouse. 📕🥳 For others you can watch it live online here…. https://www.youtube.com/live/Gih15iXb-Hg?si=dNbOi70m0RCNsSYs

John has been my pastor for over 10 years now. He's the real deal! Sincere, godly, completely devoted to his wife/family/church/community/nation, and passionate for the name and fame of Jesus for all people and peoples! You will love his first/new book Monuments! It was exactly what I need to deal with challenges I have and continue to face in leading a family and a ministry as a "seasoned" follower of Jesus. Even if you're single and trying to figure you what ministry and walking closely with Jesus looks like for you what he shares applies to you. His personal story is compelling and provides practical insights on how to navigate hurt, pain, confusion, betrayal, spiritual warfare, and wounds in order to honor God, fulfill His will for you, and lead a truly monumental life. I plan to read it again, and again, and again. It's that good and it's that practical.
Monuments: Embracing God’s Desire and Design for Your Life In , John Sherrill invites you on a transformative journey to discover your unique, divinely-scripted purpose—not through worldly achievement, but by surrendering every moment, joy, and struggle to God’s greater story. Drawing from his own family’s miraculous experiences and the faith-shapi...
