Focusing on what you want more of/to get better at is an essential first step. The next step - and the one after that - is to put one foot in front of the to move in that direction.

Happiness requires effort. Focusing on your dissatisfaction and wishing things were different in your life is a recipe for unhappiness if you don’t take action to put yourself on a better path.
