As you can see, construction on HOU2 is moving fast!

The foundation slabs are set, major footers are in, and the initial building pad is solidified.

Each concrete pour brings us one step closer to bringing significant, resilient capacity to the Houston market. We are moving fast, and the next few weeks will see the structure begin to rise rapidly.

It wasn’t long ago that we broke ground at HOU2 - and the Phase 1 slab is already complete.

This milestone is a clear reflection of how quickly the project is moving and the strong coordination across teams on site. We pride ourselves on maintaining momentum without compromising on quality or safety.
