Reason why I tell all my clients cheaper price is not always good. My price is not always the lowest, I've been turned down on quotes. One thing I like to provide is quality over quantity. Unfortunately this client could not get a hold of the installer who did a crappy, poor job. From the materials they use to quality of work they did. All these tiles were loose and a single tap and they would fall.
We provide quality, warranty and one phone call away! Again, we are thankful for all the referrals. We really do like to provide quality.
