That's what Wednesday nights feel like at Lynn's Table.

Every Wednesday, I find myself pausing for a moment as Matt prepares our Chicken Fried Steak. I've watched him cook this way for years, and I know exactly how much heart goes into every plate. That's just who he's always been.

Chef Matt begins each Chicken Fried Steak with tender filet mignon, carefully pounded into cutlets, breaded by hand, and shallow fried in beef tallow until perfectly crisp before finishing it with our scratch-made cream gravy.

One of the things I love most is seeing what happens next. Someone takes that first bite, looks across the table, and says, "You have to try this." Before long, everyone's reaching for a taste. Those are the little moments that make Wednesday nights so special to me.
