One student comes in needing a little confidence just to start the worksheet. Another is ready to build the harder version before I’ve finished explaining it. Same STEM skill — two completely different challenge levels, and both are exactly where they need to be.

That’s the power of our self-paced, one-on-one plans. We don’t rush kids through a “standard” path. We meet them where they are, keep the work hands-on, and give them the next challenge when they’re ready for it.
