Successfully Speaking Toastmasters Club

We had a fantastic meeting, it was a busy night at Successfully Speaking Toastmasters Club! We enjoyed a speech from one of our members who joins us on Zoom from out of state, Brandon! He shared with us his experience in his Concert Band and told us many of his favorite pieces he enjoys! We had a great time laughing with Syed who made us all laugh (whether we wanted to or not 😂) with his table topics speech! We learned from him that laughing releases endorphins and the body can't tell if it's real or fake laughter. So if you need a pick me up during the day, just start laughing away!

Our Area Director attended last night to help with our new officer installation, our officers hold their term for six months with duties ranging from Sargent of Arms, Secretary, Treasurer, Public Relations, Membership, Education and of course our Club President! Congratulations to all the new and returning officers who help make the club run smoothly.

We ended the night with the new members who have joined since last terms inductions being recognized and a celebration of a couple members birthdays! We love the support and camraderie we give each other and would love for you to join in on the fun!

We had a very successful meeting Wednesday night with our President's Distinguished Toastmasters Club Successfully Speaking Toastmasters Club 🗣️ Our newest Member Jamie gave his first speech and did amazing! We also heard another astounding speech by our longterm member Luis! Our club is great at supporting other members and helping each other achieve our goals! 📈

We had two guests visit who we hope to see again next week! As Luis said in his speech, Toastmasters is where you come to grow into who you want to become 🙌🏽✨
