This Saturday we will compete at Asian vs. Cajun at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds. This is a huge event with over 40 teams and 25,000 pounds of crawfish.

We will bring seven pots to this contest. We promise to try our best to keep the crawfish supply steady, but we will not serve any crawfish that have not been soaked for at least one hour.

That means that if we get slammed, and at this event most teams do get slammed at some point, we will be forced to “turn the sign” and ask the crowd to wait.

We hope it doesn’t happen. But we’d rather see a line than compromise on flavor.

See you on Saturday!

The Hands of Justice cookoff is a charity cookoff event. We thought it was important to cook to raise money for this worthy cause that fights human trafficking.

We placed first in judges! 🏆

Winning is a great feeling, but it’s also great to meet likeminded folks who want to give back. Congratulations to all the cook teams who came together to cook at this event. Also, special thanks to John Wagner for organizing this event. We will be back next year!
