Faith Impact Taekwondo

Knife (washable marker) workout that we have dubbed "hide-n-go-seek-n-stab" will be on August 16th @ 9am. Ends about 11am. Location is 2808 S Mill Iron, Muskegon, MI

Come wearing a white (or light) colored shirt so we can see before / after pictures.

Don't forget - no class this week. Have a happy and safe 4th. Don't forget all the sacrifices made to give us what we have today.
