The Fayetteville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau is selling these awesome stickers, one for each area in Cumberland county -- Fayetteville, Spring Lake, Hope Mills and Fort Bragg! Only $1 (a steal!), you can snag one of these at any of their locations (the main office at 245 Person Street, the Transportation Museum downtown, or the Kiosk near the food court in the mall!) According to figures released by the North Carolina Division of Tourism, Film and Sports Development this week, domestic travel to Cumberland County generated $450.11 million in expenditures in 2011 – a 7.8% increase from 2010. We love all of our tourists and they love coming here!

Parents! Bring your children (ages 2-5 years old!) to the Spring Lake Branch Public Library and enjoy stories and activities based on Norman Bridwell's popular series and meet Clifford the Big Red Dog! The event is this Thursday at 11:00 AM. Registration is required by calling 497-3650.
