Today’s reading really resonates with me. Finding joy in any situation sounds amazing. Did you know we attract what we believe? Focusing on the positive instead of the negative is a great way to redirect negative beliefs into positive ones. As humans, we are fully capable of doing this. Imagine a world filled with positive thoughts and actions. 🫶🏻

I have seen this a lot- people trying desperately to lose weight by restricting calories to the point that it is stalling their weight loss and detrimental to their overall health. A healthy nutrition plan teaches you what to eat and how much you should be eating. Don’t be fooled into thinking the less you eat, the more you’ll lose!

A question I get a lot - what is more important - diet or exercise? The answer: BOTH! However, a solid nutritional foundation is the best place to start. Adding in regular exercise will help you attain weight loss goals quicker and if you are fueling your body with nutritiously dense foods on the regular and also adding in exercise, you are much more likely to keep weight off over the long term.
