One of the most comforting truths in all of Scripture is that God did not simply save you and leave you wondering whether you belong to Him. The moment you believed the gospel, the Father placed His own seal upon your life. He did not give you the Holy Spirit as a temporary visitor or a reward for good behavior. He gave you the Holy Spirit as His everlasting declaration that you are His. (Ephesians 1)

Religion often leaves people wondering whether they have done enough to stay close to God. Grace announces something far greater. God Himself has chosen to dwell within you. The One who created the heavens now calls your heart His home. That reality is not sustained by your efforts. It is sustained by His faithfulness. The gospel is not about you holding on to God. It is about God holding on to you.

We hope you have a safe and happy Independence Day and keep in mind it was all made possible 250 years ago with a strong military led by the grace of God and he still blesses each of us daily. Continue to pray as our forefathers did.
