The Cottage Loft

After almost a year of planning the grotto, I've rethought, reimagined, and the plan has been reworked! I will be adding onto The Loft, via a staircase down to The Grotto level. Adding accommodation for 4 additional guests. An additional 400 sq.feet inside and the walk-out patio adds another 250 sq. feet of outdoor living space!
I have all new appliances to upgrade the existing kitchenette, and all the furnishings for the new living space, whats left is all cosmetic finishes. Hopefully it will be connected by February and ready for the 2024 season!

The 2023 season begins tomorrow with my first guests from Wisconsin! This will be my 3rd complete year and I look forward to meeting each and every one of my guests. There's a few outdoor projects to be completed later this month, but all in all I'm very proud of what The Loft has become. Thank you so much to my past renters and to any future guests....

Interior updates are completed for the 2023 season. 42" Smart tv, very secure railing up in the loft and removal of 15 or 20 chachki things around the living area. Once the weather warms back up, outdoor upgrades will be completed as well! ♥️🏡🔥
