The sellers of 900 Ocean Ave, Bradley Beach purchased the property when it was still a bed and breakfast. Their dream was to run the B&B in their retirement.

As time and renovations progressed, the family dynamic was changing: their children were moving away, getting married, and having babies of their own. The sellers started reconsidering owning and operating a B&B- would all of their time be monopolized by this dream?

Then a BIG problem happened: a fire. It destroyed the garage apartment and back of the home. At this time, the sellers decided to remediate the fire damage, let the B&B variance lapse, and renovate as a single family, oceanfront home.

Now that the sellers have SOLD their thoughtfully and beautifully renovated labor of love, they are free to travel to see their family! For them, nothing is better than spending time with their kids and grandchildren.
