We have had a few people who are saying they can't message our page to set up their flash appointments, we have investigated on our end and all of our settings are fine to accept messages, you will have to change the settings on your end here is how to do that:

If some people can't message your Facebook business page, it is usually caused by their personal privacy settings, page restrictions, or glitchy switching between Facebook profiles.The most common reasons and their quick fixes include:Personal Message Settings: Many users have their Messenger privacy set to "Only Friends" or restrict messages from pages. They must change their own settings to allow messages from pages.

Please follow these instructions so we can smoothly book your appointment.

1. IMMEDIATELY after purchasing your tickets message our FACEBOOK page only with your name, phone number, email address, prefered time and special choices. If you do not follow this instruction your order will be canceled within 2 hours and no refund will be given. You will then be emailed paperwork that must be completed IMMEDIATELY.

2. When purchasing your ticket(s) PAY ATTENTION to the artist you are booking with and the times that they are working – time frames fill up fast so we ask to make sure you are available for the whole time the artist will be working. When messaging with your information as stated in rule number 1 we ask that you would INCLUDE THE TIME that works best for you and we will try to get you in that time as close as possible, if there is nothing around that time frame we will message you with with available time slots to choose from. You will need as many tickets as tattoos you wish to receive if you want 2 tattoos you would need 2 tickets, etc.

3. Please only send one message with your information. We answer messages in the order they were received if you send more than one message your message goes to the back of the line, also if you do not include all the information we ask for in the first message, your message will go to the back of the line as well after we respond.

If you have no showed or late canceled to a previous event DO NOT purchase tickets until messaging us first as payment is required in full if you do not do this your order will be canceled and no refund will be given. There will be no refunds on the deposits for any circumstance so please read over this thoroughly to make sure this event works for you prior to purchasing tickets.
