These photos are an example of the difference between paint enhancement and paint correction. The red paint shows a scratch and a more dull finish. The 2nd red paint picture shows a paint enhancement. The black paint shows a paint correction.

The difference being that the enhancement will remove some scratches, and add a glossy finish. This is a more cost friendly service that still yields great results.

The paint correction however will erase scratches and swirls, as well as leaving a mirror smooth glossy finish. A ceramic coatings on top of this will protect that finish and enhance the finish even further.

The main difference between the two is elbow grease and an added level of perfectionism. A paint correction can take up to 12 hours on some vehicles. In comparison a paint enhancement can be done in just 3 hours.
