Crescent Community Clinic is in need of front desk volunteers for Medical and Mental Health. We are looking for people who enjoy helping others. Crescent Community Clinic is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. If you have the time and wish to volunteer, please call us at 352-610-9916 and ask for Christina Reyes.
Crescent Community Clinic was established in June of 2008. We offer free medical and mental health services to adults between the ages of 18-64 who have chronic illnesses. In order to become an established patient, you must reside in Hernando County.
We would love to have you as a volunteer!

Crescent Community Clinic is seeking a retired nurse who can be of assistance to our PPA coordinator. The Pharmaceutical Prescription Assistance Program provides expensive medications free of charge to uninsured patients who have been denied Medicaid and who are unable to afford medications, specifically insulin, among others. The PPA coordinator then fills out an application and the pharmaceutical provides the specific medication. The PPA must be renewed yearly. Good morning!
We hope everybody has had a great month of July despite the heat. Crescent Community Clinic has Medical Equipment that we are giving free of charge to charity stores around Hernando County. These items are in storage and need to cleared out. We have a hospital bed, tons of walkers, cabinets, amongst other things. If you are interested in any of these items, please contact us at 352-610-9916. We know that there are many people who need medical equipment!
