What a day!!!

Congratulations to my seller on the successful closing of her home! 🏡❤️

Like most, this transaction has some challenges and there were moments when getting to the closing table felt farther and farther away. As we got closer to the finish line, unexpected lending and insurance issues created additional obstacles that threatened closing altogether.

There were many phone calls, emails and conversations behind the scenes, but I was determined to keep pushing forward and advocating for my seller every step of the way.

I also have to give credit to my seller, who was an absolute trooper throughout the entire process. No matter what was thrown our way, she remained patient, flexible and incredibly accommodating. Her willingness to work through every challenge helped keep things moving forward and made a difficult transaction much smoother than it otherwise could have been.

I am so excited for everything that lies ahead for her and the opportunities that come with this next season of life.

Congratulations to my buyers on closing on their new home today!!!

This property checked every box and then some. Acreage, a pool, whole home generator, multiple outbuildings, an ADU and plenty of room to make it their own.

They have a little work ahead but that's part of what made this property special. They have an incredible vision for what it can become.

For a couple who loves the outdoors, this location couldn't be much better. With numerous springs nearby, they'll have no shortage of places to explore.

Honestly, their little pup may be the biggest winner of all. With all that space to run, explore and play, she is going to be living her best life.

This one definitely kept us on our toes. There were a few unexpected challenges and some stressful moments near the finish line but thankfully, everything came together and we made it to the closing table!!

I can't wait to see the transformation and all the memories they'll make here. Thank you for trusting me on this journey.
