Happy Sunday friends! I just want to share with you that we only have this week and next week left of classes for 2024. There will not be any classes in December or January at this time. 🙂JOIN US TOMORROW AT 6PM AND TUESDAY AT 6PM FOR CLASS💪

I would like to have a "Jingle Bell Rock and Gingerbread House" event on Dec 8, Dec 15 or Dec 21. It will most likely take place in Hanover and either be over lunch or right after lunch for 2 hours. Please let me know how many I have that may be interested! I can tell you it will be fun, but can't give all the fun details until I know we will have enough 😁 tickets would be $25 and would include drink and your activity and workout!
