🌱 No matter what other people post, no matter how amazing their lives seem to be, they have struggles, just like you and me. We all have difficult times. That's part of being alive.
They key is not what you're going through, it's how you deal with it, what you do with it.
During a very difficult time for me I started a glad jar with my kids. It really changed me and pulled me out of a dark place. Now, I say a prayer of gratitude (just thanking not asking) first thing every morning. I also pull out my glad journal when I find myself going down that path in my brain again.

I've been blessed to have been a stay-at-home mom for most of my kids lives. With a spouse that is loving, supportive, and helpful, but also with with a spouse that was the complete opposite.
