I just returned from our Mid-Year Meeting in Waco, and once again I was reminded why I’m so grateful to be part of Magnolia Realty. We learned new strategies, sharpened our skills, and walked away with practical tools to better serve our clients. But what impacted me most wasn’t a marketing idea or a sales technique...

It was the heart behind it all.
It truly felt like we were invited into the largest living room in Texas! 🛋️
Listening to Chip and Joanna share the vision that started Magnolia was a beautiful reminder that home is where families gather, memories are made, and new chapters begin. And then they invited us to take a family photo all together. (see me in the back left top)

Throughout the week, our leadership poured into us with encouragement, education, and a genuine desire to help us become better REALTORS®, better teammates, and better people.

From spending time at Magnolia headquarters to enjoying Hotel 1928 and dinner at Magnolia Table, every detail reflected intentionality, hospitality, and excellence. But the greatest takeaway wasn’t the places we visited.......

It was the people and a culture built on faith, integrity, kindness, and putting people first. I left Waco feeling refreshed, inspired, and even more committed to serving my clients with excellence. Thank you to Magnolia Realty, Chip and Joanna, and our incredible leadership for continuing to invest in all of us.
