Exterior is all zipped up, insulation complete, and ready to start hanging Sheetrock.
As a standard practice we spray foam the complete envelope and add sound deadening insulation to the bedrooms, bathrooms, and the laundry.
The orange dots tell the Sheetrock installers where our lower profile recessed canlights are incase they miss cutting the holes for them
