Good news! As I was exiting Indian Acres going up Tonto Lane, I saw that the Glen 11B Lot owner with that frayed flag shown on this FB page profile, has replaced it with a nice new American Flag. I will stop to take a photo of the new flag, and I thank them for showing respect for our American Flag, now just 8 days before FLAG DAY.

Almost a month ago, after NINE (9) MONTHS FIGHTING the DISHONESTY of the DIRECTOR of INDIAN ACRES Janet Sheldon, the volunteer IACT Lot Owners of the Judiciary Committee "judged" that IACT Lot Owner James Manship was NOT GUILTY.

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY the DISHONEST of DIRECTOR JANET SHELDON PUT ME and MANY other IACT owners to suffer.

Will the IACT Board of DIrectors that seems "wrapped around Janet's little finger" stand up to Janet's ABUSE of OWNERS and FINE HER? Or even better for IACT - FIRE HER?

Maybe due to all the violations of USCode section titled "Frauds and Swindles" by IACT Director Janet Sheldon and now too by IACT President Rita Rose, one or the other or both will be able to afford this Amphibious RV.

When will We the IACT property owners see this cruising on Lake Pocahontas?

Have a Legal Aid attorney who has had prior case defending against ABUSE by Indian Acres. And a Side by Side "debate" on the DISHONESTY of DIRECTOR Janet Sheldon with former IACT President (Facebook mentioning disabled I noticed), and below is the FEDERAL LAW Violation "Frauds and Swindles" letter, like a similar "Frauds and Swindles" letter by IACT Director Janet Sheldon, from current IACT Board of Directors President Rita Rose, who also, on 21 February a.d. 2026, wrote a FALSE "Sworn Statement" that is FELONY PERJURY -- IF We the People can get our Elected Servant Commonwealth Attorney to serve the Cause of Justice!
