Meet Heather Gelder.
Some team members defy titles—and that’s Heather. From the very beginning, she’s been a creative force at Orca, helping us find our sea legs back in 2008. Heather doesn’t just think outside the box—she sews it, paints it, bakes it into a cake, and then waters it into bloom.
A gifted artist with talents that span painting, drawing, sewing, baking, and gardening, Heather brings a deep sense of intention and care into everything she touches. But it doesn’t stop there—she’s also our resident energetic guide and spiritual compass, trained in Reiki and always tuned into the deeper rhythms that guide our work and relationships.
Heather’s approach is rooted in warmth, intuition, and fierce creativity. She reminds us to pause, breathe, and be present. Her workspace is a blend of color, calm, and wild inspiration—a true reflection of the energy she brings into our pod.
