This was a true sweetheart deal and I am so thrilled that my client was able to snag this amazing duplex property! 🙌 Christian was referred to me by an investor agent in Minnesota a few months back. His goal was to buy a duplex by August that he could house hack, meaning he would be living in one side and would be renting out the other side (and to take it even further, he'll be maximizing cash flow by renting out the individual rooms). Not only were we able to get him this slam-dunk duplex on the North side in great condition, but he got a HUGE seller credit to replace the entire roof and then, after a low appraisal, got the seller to come down $25k on the purchase price 🤯 This has been something we haven't seen in a loooooong time. (For all of my buyers and investors out there wondering if now is a good time to buy, the answer is YES!). Long story short, Christian was so delightful and easy to work with, and I'm so excited to watch him continue to grow his real estate empire 🔥

Kyle and Brittney came to me as a referral from Kyle's mom (a Realtor in AZ) who found me on Instagram. They were looking to sell their home in Bemiss and move to Arizona before the Spokane winter weather hit. ❄️
Despite having a 3 month-old son and all of the chaos that comes with being first-time parents, they were able to get their home in tip-top shape and prepared to list within three weeks. They were essentially going on the market right as things were slowing down, so it became imperative that we either list their house at a competitive price or make sure it was the best prepared home on the market (we decided to price at the high end based on how well-prepared their house was).
Their hard work was rewarded with three fantastic, over-asking offers, and they ended up accepting a cash offer $5k over list price. I am grateful to get to work with such amazing clients who are not only delightful people but are so receptive to suggestions and just get the job done!
