This is not a good thing. There are now people displaced who had to leave their homes that were in the process of being sold, but who cannot move into their new construction homes because they could not be completed.
Displaced = homeless, and this order is to blame. It does not make sense and the ripple effect will be massive.
We hope this order is revised soon to allow construction of housing to be deemed essential, for so many reasons! 😔
