We are seeking an experienced, motivated, compassionate, and skilled Financial Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a well-established oral surgery practice with four doctors and five locations.

About the Role:
As a Financial Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients and practice by handling financial discussions, insurance verification, treatment plan coordination, scheduling, and more. This is a full-time position with a 4-day work week in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in oral surgery and/or dental practice is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to be proactive, multitask, adapt, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
A compassionate and hard-working attitude with a focus on patient care and teamwork.
