Hello everyone. As I'm sure most of us are aware, there continue to be threats of more budget cuts. The Washington State Economic and Revenue Forecast Council estimates a new $66 million decrease in projected revenue through 2029. State revenue is projected to be almost $970 million less than estimates from the June 2025 forecast, which means we face another deficit budget this next legislative session. (Washington State Budget & Policy Center).

We are asking that everyone sign this petition. We need our legislators to understand that continuing to fund the state's budget on the backs of the working class and taxing the working class is not going to fix the budget. We need the ultra-rich to start paying their fair share to fund public services. Washington State's regressive tax structure needs to change, and the time is NOW!
