Have you ever heard of the compound effect? It’s the principle that small consistent action over a long period of time has greater impact than big, short-term changes.

I spend 30 minutes on Instagram daily to connect with all of my friends, and followers, and to learn about trends that are happening. I might not post every day, but I'm there supporting and learning from others. Showing up for others every day is so important!

Your turn - what's one thing you do every day to move the needle for your goals?

I didn't see this coming 👀 I was happily learning, bumping around in, and trying to figure out how everything was organized in my less-than-utilized CRM.

Mind you, with how much I used this client management tool (I set it up for a client), you would think that I knew the software backward and forwards. 🤫 I won't say which one. (BTW, just released a blog post about this.)

Then, one day, my client asked me to help her with her 17hats. As soon as I logged in, I took a look at her dashboard. I was in love! 😍
The dashboard appealed to my creative aesthetic and my organizational brain. I was hooked! I signed up that day, ditching my old software promptly.

The only time I look back at that old software/ CRM is when I need to get an old asset that I built in the platform. However, I don't think I've been back for years now.

They say things don't always go as planned, but that's not always bad. Sometimes, they end up even better than you imagined! Has there been a time your life took a turn for the unexpected?

It’s been one of those days where I know I will head down and do the work, even if it is Labor Day. 🤣
So, naturally, I need my fave drink within reach!

Water is always my go-to, so you'll see me with a water bottle in hand. 💦 Otherwise, coffee with oat milk has been my latest pick-me-up drink. However, I've already had my first PSL! 🍁🧡🥤.
