Machine-made rugs can sometimes bunch up in our dusting machine instead of feeding through smoothly. When that happens, we stop the machine, get the rug unstuck, and make sure everything is okay before continuing.

Thankfully, this rug came through just fine! Moments like these are all part of the process and a good reminder that every rug deserves a little extra attention when needed.
