Movement is medicine and in community is the best place to heal. Join us tomorrow, April 12 at Patera Lounge for another Sunday morning ecstatic dance. Doors open at 10:45am, music at 11.

Ecstatic dance is more than just dancing. It's a space where you can invite your whole being into movement. No experience is needed, just your presence and a little self curiosity. Come as you are. Move as you feel. Let the music guide you.
