You are valuable… even on the days you don’t feel like it.

Unhealthy relationships have a way of making you question your worth. They can make you feel small, unheard, or like you have to earn love.

But here’s the truth:
Your value is not up for debate.

You deserve to be treated with kindness, respect, and care—always. Not just when it’s convenient. Not just when you’ve “earned” it. Always.

At Create Your Statement, we believe awareness is the first step toward prevention. Knowing your worth helps you recognize when something isn’t right—and gives you the strength to choose better.

As you head into this weekend, remember:
You are worthy.
You are valuable.
And you deserve nothing less than full respect. ❤️

What an Incredible Night! 🎉
We’re still glowing from the joy and inspiration of last Saturday’s Gala! The evening was truly magical — a celebration of community, generosity, and the power of coming together to make a difference.
Thanks to our amazing guests, sponsors, and volunteers, the event was an overwhelming success! Together, we not only shared laughter, great food, and meaningful conversations, but we also made a real impact — changing lives for youth right here in Spokane. 💙
Because of your support, more young people in our community will have access to the opportunities, mentorship, and resources they need to combat dating abuse.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making this night one to remember. Here’s to building brighter futures — together! ✨

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month 💜

Domestic violence doesn’t just start in adulthood—it often starts much earlier. Teen dating abuse is adult domestic violence in the making.

That’s why at Create Your Statement, we’re committed to educating youth on teen dating abuse awareness and prevention. When teens learn the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships, gain the confidence to use their voice, and know what to do if they ever face abuse, we can begin to break the cycle before it continues into adulthood.

Every conversation matters. Every student we reach matters. And every step toward awareness brings us closer to a world with fewer domestic violence cases.

Together, let’s raise awareness, start the conversations, and create change!
Let’s bring awareness to Domestic Violence and Teen dating abuse this month.
Let’s stand with all those who are or have been victims and may we help them find their voice! 💜
