💜 Harm Reduction Is More Than Recovery 💜

When people hear the term harm reduction, they often think only about helping individuals reduce or stop substance use. While that's an important part of it, harm reduction reaches much further into our communities and everyday lives.

Harm reduction is about creating safer spaces, safer choices, and safer outcomes for everyone. It's choosing not to drive impaired. It's checking in on a neighbor. It's helping create communities where people feel supported instead of judged.
