Let’s talk goals. This is exactly how I break it down.

Your New Years goal is a vision of what you want to achieve THATS IT! This is where people get stuck and don’t finish. Now you have to take that vision and break it down to daily. This is what I have my clients do.
⭐️They have to come up with 3 non negotiable daily tasks.
⭐️They have to be obtainable don’t say I’m going to run 5 miles everyday when you haven’t even worked out in 6months. Say I’m going to walk 30mins everyday.
⭐️I encourage them to include health, mindset, professional/financial
⭐️ Write these 3 non negotiable daily task on sticky notes and place them everywhere bathroom mirror, work desk, car, coffee pot,
⭐️once you feel like you mastered one of your non negotiable task cross it off add another. If you’re not changing your non negotiable then you aren’t doing the work they are meant to change. If you slip up you can put your original back on list just focus on only 3. This is life no one is perfect.
⭐️watch how much your life changes by doing this.
This Year STOP saying I’m going to lose weight be a college athlete,make more money and not do the daily work. This is what gets everyone. Even me it’s easy to get stuck in the day to day.
