This is our 3rd year growing & harvesting peppers indoors under regular cheap shop lights. It works 🤷‍♀️

If you grow the in 2-3 gallon pots, you can keep them outside all summer and then bring the pots in for winter and continue eating fresh peppers all winter long 👌

The best varieties are the smaller, more compact options like jalapeños, bell peppers and cherry peppers. We find that a lot of the hot peppers like poblano, paprika and Anaheim get a bit too big and it is harder to make space for them indoors.
