Freddie Mac to include on-time rent in underwriting Freddie Mac announced Wednesday that on-time rental payments would be included in its underwriting system starting July 10.
Life is full of ups and downs and the real estate industry is no exception by any means. In my 1.5 years of being a realtor I’ve learned some lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life and career:
🦋I can only control myself and my own actions
🦋Every ‘No’ I encounter is leading to a ‘Yes’
🦋There’s no room to fear failure, it is something to grow and learn from.
🦋 Self care is above all- can’t pour from an empty cup.
