A simple and easy way to give your corset a glow-up. I love how it turned out! Just in time for ren faire season! 🧚♂️
Some of the details: 🎨
- The original corset is from (great quality, they use steal boning, so not a fashion corset)
- I used regular cheapo acrylic paints, nothing special.
- The detergent tip was something I saw someone do to paint their sofa 😆 thought eh, why not?
Do I expect this to last forever? Nah, and thats ok!
(I am curious if theres a fixative that could lengthen its life-span though.)

The first painting of the new year always holds something extra special for me. ✨️
Its usually more playful, more unhurried — vibrant but simple in its meaning and presentation.
Its a sigh of longing for the warmer months, but also a blink of contentment amid the sleepiness of January.
Something about this one feels like hope to me. 💜
